Job Description You will help prospects find their next home, support residents, and ensure a smooth leasing process while showcasing strong communication in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities To greet prospects and conduct professional property tours To communicate confidently in Spanish and English To process applications using property management software To meet leasing goals and maintain strong closing ratios To provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects Required Skills & Qualifications Bilingual Spanish/English Leasing consultant experience Multifamily/apartment community experience Strong sales and closing skills Customer service and communication skills Ability to work onsite, Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Schedule & Pay Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Onsite • Immediate Start Pay $19-20/hr based on experience Benefits Through BGSF Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave (per state/local law) Referral bonuses ZIPS BGN BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
