Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or packaging. Hands-on experience supporting production lines and adjusting equipment speeds Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and setting up production equipment—including conveyors, packaging lines, and automation systems. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and a safe working environment.
