Description: **This is an onsite position in Fort Myers. The salary range for this position is $64,000.00-$90,000.00. The Training Manager leads and manages the training team. The Manager collaborates with key personnel to establish clear career pathways to achieve organizational goals, then analyzes data and prioritizes training projects to provide necessary professional development. Remains up to date on up to date on policies, procedures, bulletins, applicable laws and legislation, professional literature, and agency updates. Maintains specialized skills, knowledge and abilities required to perform the essential functions of the role. Performs other related duties as directed. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, systems management, or related field supplemented by at least 3 years' experience developing and delivering in-person and virtual professional development; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. Certification in adult learning methodology preferred.Demonstrated success in leading teams.Expertise in the use of standard software applications.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to facilitate adult learning.FLSA Status DescriptionWork is performed under minimal supervision with considerable latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment. Position typically requires processing and interpreting of more complex, less clearly defined issues.Work ConditionsPhysical Ability: Tasks require the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, but which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or puling of objects and material of light weight (5-10 lbs.).
