Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider and Programs Network
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Non-Medical Counseling
Provider Network and manage Provider Network Supervisors
Monitor and optimize non-medical counseling quality metrics,
performance measures, and service level agreements (SLAs)
Handle escalated cases and provider complaints, facilitating
communication with subcontractors and program management
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited
program
Current valid unrestricted counseling license/certification from a
relevant authority
Minimum of 5 years of management or supervisory experience in a
similar program
Strong project management skills and knowledge of call center
operations
Proficiency in Microsoft tools and electronic documentation
systems
