Physical Therapist Location: Port Charlotte, FL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,649 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Valid Florida PT license Certifications: MPT or DPT degree from an accredited college or university Must-Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Valid Florida PT license. MPT or DPT degree from an accredited college or university. Acute care experience. Description: This is a 253-bed acute care hospital. The facility includes a 20-bed Inpatient Rehab unit. There are approximately 20 PT caregivers total. The typical patient ratio is 9-10 patients per day. The productivity standard is 75%. The equipment used includes mobility equipment. The EMR system utilized is Meditech. Candidates with Meditech experience or ICU experience will be given preference. Typical procedures performed include PT evaluations and treatments. The ideal candidate is collaborative, outgoing, and possesses excellent communication skills.
