qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available
for a skilled Surgical Technologist specializing in Cardiovascular
Operating Room Procedures. This contract position is based in
Lakeland, FL, offering a challenging and rewarding role supporting
surgical teams in high-acuity environments. Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons and operating room staff during cardiovascular
surgeries with sterile techniques and precision. Prepare and
maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies. Participate
in pre-shift huddles to coordinate surgical procedures and ensure
patient safety. Float to different units as needed, applying your
expertise in areas aligned with your skillset. Respond to on-call
duties, supporting cases during designated weekdays and weekends.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a
surgical technologist role within a Cardiovascular Operating Room
setting. Certification as a NBSTSA-CST (Certified Surgical
Technologist). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment with
meticulous attention to detail. Reliable and adaptable, with
willingness to float to appropriate areas. Location:Lakeland, FL is

Schedule and Assignment Details: Contract length: 13 weeks. Shift:
10-hour shifts. On-call: Two weeknights per week and one weekend
per month. On-call weekend schedule includes two days per month.
First day instructions and interview are part of the submission
process. Pre-shift huddles are required and may be clocked in. This
