Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract HCA Florida Blake Hospital (Level II Trauma Center) Address: 2020 59th Street West Bradenton, FL 34209 - Parking: PARKING GARAGE Parking Garage Address: 2102 61st St. W Bradenton, FL 34209 - Scrub Color: RN - Navy Blue Clinical Support – Caribbean Blue Radiology – Black Lab – Khaki RT – Grey Surgical Staff –Ciel Blue - Weekly Pay. - 401-K options. - Experience: 2 years in similar role preferred. - EMR: Meditech - Updated Resume - Patient Ratios: Variable HCA Florida Blake Hospital (Level II Trauma Center)/nAddress: 2020 59th Street West Bradenton, FL 34209/nOrientation: 1 hour prior to shift start. Facility approval not necessary. Staffing must check access on eSAF /nStart Time: On the hour/nReport To: Report to Nursing Administration office – located on the first floor - Go past the front desk until you have to make a left or right, go right then first left and it will be the fourth door on the right. You may be required to leave collateral such as keys to check out facility items (Imobile phones, badges).
