Cardiac PET Solutions. As we continue to grow, we currently have a
tremendous opportunity for a CDL Driver who is up for the
challenge. Summary/Objective: Perform PET and PET/CT system
transport, loading, unloading, packing, installation, and
deinstallation at various locations in the US, including at
customer sites. Essential Functions: Travel to medical facilities
frequently to assemble and install or deinstall medical imaging
devices. Learn all aspects of the installation process from an
experienced lead installer. Pull and connect power cables. Load and
unload heavy medical equipment frequently onto semi-trucks.
Install, deinstall medical imaging equipment in our test bays.
Organize and pack medical imaging equipment accordingly for storage
or transport. Support other team members in their tasks as needed.
Supervisor Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory
responsibilities. Work Environment: Hub, mobile unit, and/or
provider site. Exposure to varying elements (noise, exhaust,
weather, etc.) Smaller, confined spaces or aloft at times. Physical
Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of
those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
essential functions of this job: Physical Activity – talking,
hearing, balancing, stopping, kneeling, crouching, reaching,
standing, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and
fingering. Heavy work – able to lift and move up to 80 pounds, and
fulfill other physical requirements customary for this role
including climbing ladders, working in smaller confined spaces or
aloft, etc. Visual Acuity – The worker is required to have close
visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and
analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer
terminal; and extensive reading. The worker is required to have
visual acuity to perform an activity such as: operates machines
where the seeing job is at or within arm’s reach; performs
mechanical or skills trades tasks of a non-repetitive nature. The
work is required to have the visual acuity to operate motor
vehicles and/or heavy equipment. Travel: US wide travel in
designated service area as needed. With up to 80% travel. May be
required to travel same day as notice received. Qualifications and
Requirements: Highschool diploma or GED equivalent 2 years of
relevant experience Basic computer skills, MS Suite Valid Driver’s
license and clean driving record Ability to travel US wide even on
short notice Ability to read and understand operating manuals and
instructions Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and
in writing Good problem-solving skills Ability to identify wire and
cable color Mechanical skills and safe operation of various power
tools inc. saw, drill, press. Self-driven, motivation to succeed
Forklift operating license Passion for mechanics, technology and
precise work. Dependable and punctual Ability to learn company
policies and adhere to them in the performance of all assigned
duties and communicate any compliance deviations to management in a
