In this vital role, the Coordinator will enhance the quality of patient management and satisfaction, oversee clinical and administrative staff, and streamline operations to increase efficiency while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The RN Coordinator will be instrumental in leading teams, coordinating patient care, and fostering a nurturing environment that prioritizes health and wellness. Coordinate nursing operations in the Medical-Surgical unit, ensuring compliance with patient care and safety standards. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting professional development and operational efficiency. Manage patient care planning from admission to discharge, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations. Liaise between medical teams, departmental leads, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes. Implement and monitor healthcare protocols and guidelines to maintain treatment integrity and effectiveness. Analyze patient data and unit metrics to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
