LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a travel nursing job in Cape Coral, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/22/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, evenings - Employment Type: Travel Schedule - Shift: 12-Hour Days – 0700–1930 - Call Requirement: 12 hours in one calendar month - Floating: Required Unit Details - OB-Maternal Level 2 - Nursery Level 1 - 24-bed unit - Ratios: - Labor: 1–2:1 - Postpartum: 3–4:1 - EMR: Epic Minimum Requirements (Strict) - 2 years of LDRP experience required - BLS, ACLS, and NRP required - Degree accreditation must be on profile OR must have 5 years of experience - ASAP start required Floating Requirements - Floating is required - Travelers are first to float - May float within facility and to sister campuses as needed Submission Requirements (Strict) - Radius Rule: Must reside 50 miles from permanent address Culture Expectations Culture is extremely important.
