(MMH): Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, has served

services. Manatee Memorial Hospital also offers a Level II Neonatal
Intensive Care Unit for babies with special needs. Position
Summary: The Nurse Manager assumes 24-hour responsibility in
directing and coordinating the clinical activities and operations
of Unit. The Nurse Manager directs, supervises, and evaluates the
performance of the nursing staff, contributes to the development of
a fully qualified and continuously improving staff, and supports
work redesign and quality improvement within the department. The
Nurse Manager plans and administers the annual budget in
collaboration with the Director, Nursing. The Nurse Manager
integrates evidence-based practice utilizing the nursing process.
Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as

two (2) years of nursing experience, required Minimum of three (3)

Qualifications Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing BSN
degree, required Master's degree, preferred Current RN licensure in
Florida Current BLS through American Heart Association EEO
