This role plays a pivotal part in our diagnostic team, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment to perform ultrasounds and supporting patient diagnosis. As part of Lee Health, you will contribute to a mission-driven environment that focuses on enhancing patient outcomes and advancing community health across our extensive network of facilities. Operate ultrasound equipment to capture diagnostic images as per physician's orders. Maintain patient comfort and safety during ultrasound procedures. Analyze images for quality and ensure proper coverage as per diagnostic requirements. Document procedural logs and maintain records compliant with health regulations. Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to facilitate patient care. Participate in regular professional development and training. Proficiency in using and maintaining ultrasound equipment Strong analytical skills to interpret sonographic data Excellent communication and patient care skills Capability to work both independently and as part of a team Medical Insurance Certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Active CPR certification
