FL 33901 Department: Lab - General Corporate Work Type: Full Time
Shift: Shift 1 Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $31.76 - $39.70 / hour

this role, youll partner closely with laboratory leadership and
Medical Directors to ensure the highest standards of quality,
compliance, and operational performance across the laboratory. Job
Duties: Partner with laboratory leaders and Medical Directors to
ensure full compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
Lead and coordinate the laboratory Quality Management Program,
driving measurable performance improvement. Champion
standardization of policies and procedures across the Clinical
Laboratory. Oversee and optimize the laboratory Document Control
Program, ensuring integrity and consistency. Ensure training and
competency programs are robust, compliant, and aligned with
operational needs. Maintain and enhance the Clinical Laboratorys
internal web presence as a central resource Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree (BS or BA) required. Minimum 6 years of
progressive Clinical Laboratory experience. Active Florida Clinical
Laboratory Supervisor License (required). Strong regulatory
knowledge, quality program experience, and a passion for
operational excellence. Ability to influence, lead change, and
