Job Description:
Lee Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Home Health
Central to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional
nursing care to patients in their homes, helping them to recover
and manage their health conditions efficiently. The successful
candidate will be an integral part of a team striving to achieve
the highest standards of patient care and enhance the quality of
life for our community in Southwest Florida. Administer medications
and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health
status and respond to changes in condition. Maintain accurate
patient health records and reports. Educate patients and their
families on disease prevention and health maintenance. Coordinate
with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop
optimal care plans. Strong clinical skills in a home health setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
independently and manage time effectively Proficient in using
healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of Florida CPR certification Valid driver's
license and reliable transportation
