Why Join Our Team 100% outpatient care No weekends or holidays Competitive salary: $125,000"$145,000, based on experience Earn up to 15% annual performance bonus Full benefits package Relocation and sign-on bonuses negotiable Malpractice coverage included Robust clinical and administrative support Position Details Monday"Friday, 8am"5pm Flexible, rotating on-call schedule Average 12"15 patients per day EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW) Focus on continuity, preventive care, and chronic condition management Multidisciplinary, team-based care for primarily Medicare-aged patients Candidate Qualifications Certified by AANP or ANCC in adult, gerontology, or family practice Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Florida DEA and CDS licensure (if required) Current CPR and BLS certifications Proficient with EMR systems, preferably eCW Experience with Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, MRA, and ICD-10 coding Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
