Job Description Job Description Our client, a manufacturing
industry leader in the Sarasota Area, is seeking a Machine Operator
to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the
machine shop supporting production and quality assurance teams. The
ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail,
and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the
organization. Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Sarasota, FL
Pay Range: $17.50 Shift: Mon- Thurs 5am-3:30pm What's the Job?
Operate and monitor machinery in the machine shop to ensure
efficient production. Perform routine inspections and maintenance
on equipment to maintain safety and quality standards. Follow
safety protocols and use required safety equipment, including
steel-toed footwear. Maintain accurate records of production
activities and report any issues promptly. Assist in
troubleshooting and resolving machine-related problems to minimize
downtime. What's Needed? Machine Operating experience required;
training will be provided. Ability to follow safety guidelines and
procedures diligently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to
quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work as
part of a team. Willingness to undergo background checks and drug
