Job Description Job Description Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:30am – 4:00pm Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour We are seeking a skilled Assembler to build small electrical units from start to finish using hand and power tools. Candidates should be detail-oriented, comfortable with small parts, and able to read assembly drawings and wiring diagrams. Soldering experience is a plus. Responsibilities: Assemble units according to assembly drawings and work instructions. Read and interpret worksheets, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine assembly steps and component selection. Work with electronic components such as transistors, resistors, relays, capacitors, and integrated circuits. Perform soldering tasks (experience preferred). Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all safety procedures. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. 1–3 years of related assembly experience preferred. Ability to read and follow technical documents, drawings, and manuals. Proficiency with small hand tools, wire cutters, crimpers, soldering irons, and air tools. Good close and color vision, depth perception, and focus for small parts work.
