Join us.Freedom Boat Club is the nation's oldest and largest private member boat club and we are currently looking to adda full-timein-house Customer Service Representative to our SWFL team.The Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Support Supervisor and assist in all activities associated with inbound customer operations, including handling calls and emails. In addition, the Representative will assist in handling the member training schedule for the captains.Inbound calls will be received from customers and prospective members who call the company's national phone number. Customer Support Representatives are responsible for entering new leads, assisting current members, and tracking all calls. In addition, the Representative will regularly schedule training with Captains for new members as well as continuation training. It is imperative the Representative follows procedures, makes sure boats are available for trainings, and is comfortable learning our scheduling software. Friendly and personable customer service, along with being very organized, is key in this role.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSCustomer service experienceCustomer call support and knowledge of boating preferred, but not requiredHigh School education or equivalentExcellent written and verbal communication and conflict management skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a team to meet customer expectations as well as internal and external standardsProtect and secure customers' personal informationAbility to recognize when a situation requires supervisory or management attentionExperience utilizing the Microsoft suiteWeekend and holiday hours, along with flexibility and dependability is requiredMust be able to pass a drug test and background checkJOB DETAILSJob Location: Venice, FLCall Center Hours: 8AM- 8PM.
