HIRING REEFER COMPANY DRIVERS - WHEN DRIVERS COME HERE THEY STAY HERE Benefits: Depending on where you live you can expect to be home every 5 - 9 days 98% no-touch freight Company drivers averaged $70,000 gross pay in 2020 Quarterly mileage, safety, and fuel bonuses Paid orientation from your home Paid vacation (2 weeks after 1 year) and holidays Passenger and pet policies Reimburse all authorized company-related expenses (tolls, scale tickets, trailer washouts, equipment repairs, etc.) with original receipts Health (large portion paid by the company), dental, vision, flex, disability, life insurance 401k Our turnover is less than 30% Requirements: At least 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience Reefer Experience Preferred About Us: Kottke Trucking, a privately held, family-owned truckload carrier specializing in reefer (temperature controlled) and dry freight services.
