Job DescriptionThe Sundial Beach Resort and Spa has a full time opportunity available for a Public Areas Attendant to join our dynamic team on Sanibel Island. The Public Areas Attendant provides exceptional services by maintaining an acceptable level of cleanliness and quality control in the public areas assigned according to the standards of the Resort. We are looking for reliable and service focused individuals to join us in this role. Primary Responsibilities:

• Clean all areas assigned and ensure they are in accordance with the level of quality for the Resort. Perform any guest requests in a timely manner. Ensure that all public areas are up to resort standards at all times.
• Report any problems of quality to the Supervisor
• Report any maintenance problems to Housekeeping Department designated personnel
• Ensure all assets and supplies for the department are secure and in storage at all times
• Report to Safety any suspicious activity on the floors
• Keep Housekeeping Manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance so corrective action may be taken
• Have complete knowledge of all policies, standards and procedures of the department
• Be familiar with resort services, amenities, and outlets
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• Adherence to all safety rules and regulationsOur compensation package includes a $13.50 hourly wage, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, STD, 401k with company match,tuition reimbursement, dining and travel discounts and paid tolls for Sanibel & Cape Coral!Physical Requirements:These physical demands represent the physical requirements necessary for an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.   • Associate must be able to stand entire shift
