--- This is not a remote position. This role is full-time in office M-F 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Salary ---$42,000 - $47,000

We are in need of a self-starting, reliable, and eager professional who will contribute to the amazing culture that is Marshall Reddick Real Estate. We're looking for the--best--to make an immediate impact in our Property Management division.
In this position, you will be working alongside our Property Management team managing a wide array of owners, tenants, and vendors for our portfolio of residential homes. The main objective of this position is to handle and filter all incoming maintenance requests, handle communication with vendors, and be proactive to ensure requests are resolved in a timely manner. This position requires a quick learner and someone who can take direction well, show initiative and be proactive. You will have the privilege of communicating with investors (landlords) when needed regarding the status of their properties. For the right candidate, growth opportunities are endless!

Responsibilities:
--- Respond to all tenant maintenance requests
--- Contact and coordinate vendor(s) and dispatch to properties
--- Communicate with investors to obtain approval for make-ready or maintenance repairs
--- Onboard new vendors, obtain documentation, set up portal access
--- Work closely with Maintenance Managers to maintain a vendor list
--- Prepare move-in and move-out reports
--- Will require some weekend maintenance emergency rotation

Qualifications:
--- Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude
--- Passion for real estate and motivation to learn
--- Experience in Property Management a plus (training available if no experience)
--- Highly self-motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently
--- Experience working on a team with daily communication
--- Ability to handle a high volume of incoming requests and phone calls
