Location: Lakeland FL
Mode: 5 days onsite in a week

Job Description:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with implementing and supporting both wired and wireless network infrastructures.
Comprehensive understanding of desktop hardware, software, and related technologies.
Expertise in Cisco WLAN Management systems, including installation and configuration of Wireless LAN Controllers and Access Points.
Familiarity with supporting various wireless client platforms in enterprise environments.
Proficiency in Cisco layer 2 switches, including VLANs, access ports, and trunk ports.
Solid working knowledge of DNS and associated technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills with proven experience in desktop and network troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a collaborative teamwork attitude.
Experience with wireless implementations and upgrades is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related analytical field, or equivalent professional experience.


Key Responsibilities:
Support the expansion and upgrades of wireless networks in retail and manufacturing environments.
Provide hands-on assistance with Wi-Fi network expansion and enhancement, including the deployment of new access points and the optimization of wireless configurations across multiple locations.
Deliver exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and resolving Wi-Fi issues in retail stores and support facilities.
Play a pivotal role in implementation and migration efforts for wireless networking projects, ensuring successful rollouts across retail stores and support sites.
This role requires a proactive, tech-savvy professional with a passion for delivering robust and reliable wireless networking solutions in complex environments.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $32/hr - $36/hr on w2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
