We are looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time Guest Service Agent who loves interacting with guests and contributing to a team environment while working in a paradise island setting.Apply Now!Sanibel & Cape Coral Bridge Tolls are covered by us!!Join our friendly front desk team and help us take care of our guests. We are hiring a full-time Guest Service Agent/Front Desk associate. The schedule will vary week to week based on hotel needs and staff availability. The front desk staff is responsible for:

  • providing a warm welcome or good-bye to our guests
  • ensuring a smooth check-in process that welcomes guests and educates them on the hotel
  • handling guest requests and communicating to appropriate departments
  • reviewing daily reports to ensure proper payments, arrival requests, and guest packages
  • managing a cash drawer for room and market payments
  • handling guest complaints, communicating with the necessary departments, and following up
  • multitasking by assisting guests at the desk as well as on the phoneThe ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, thorough, dependable, and enjoys being on a team.Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma/GED required
    • Hotel or hospitality experience preferred
    • Familiarity with a PMS preferred
    • Computer skills required
    • Neat appearance; pleasant and hospitable attitude
    • English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Must be able to read, write, and converse in English.
    • Customer Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
