Responsibilities:

Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Prospect for new leads to promote new business

--- Follow the trained process, scripts, and objection handling
--- Use our Off Market listing mining for value deals
--- Be a valued consultant and not a salesperson to lead clients to the best real estate decision for themselves and their families

Qualifications:

Show good organizational and time management skills
A successful and proven sales history is preferred
Great communication and social skills
Tech savvy
Self-motivation and drive
This is for licensed real estate agents brand new or seasoned who want to sell 2-4 homes or more per month with steady leads and a process and support team for direction:
--- Have had some successful sales or reason to believe you can succeed
--- Have good client management, communication, and organization skills
--- Have a desire to help buyers and sellers make the best possible real estate decision for themselves and their families
--- ---Military service is a plus

The Broker / CEO Rick Bengson is a 25+ year real estate broker veteran having personally sold over 850 homes. He sold a previous technology company to ShowingTime in 2017.
