This role is for someone with a true hunter mentality self-motivated, confident, and relentless about finding and closing new opportunities and who understands how construction and property systems work. What Youll Do: Sell total flood protection and mitigation solutions to residential and commercial clients Prospect, generate leads, and close new business Meet with property owners, contractors, and decision-makers on-site Assess properties and confidently speak to construction-related considerations Represent Emerald Green professionally in the field What Were Looking For: Strong hunter mentality with a drive to win. In-home sales one call closers. Construction knowledge required (property services, construction, or related fields) Valid drivers license Reliable personal vehicle Comfortable working independently and in the field Sales experience required What We Offer: Full-time position Competitive compensation - four weeks of sales training with base than 100% commission only.
