Job Description:
At GEICO, a leader in the auto insurance industry, we are proud

our customers. To enhance our dynamic team, we are seeking a
Bilingual Sales Representative who is fluent in both English and a
second language. This role involves direct interaction with
potential and existing customers, helping them understand their
insurance options in both languages and guiding them through the
buying process with expertise and care. The ideal candidate will
thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a commitment to
customer satisfaction and the ability to drive sales growth. Engage
with customers in both English and a second language to understand
their insurance needs and preferences. Present and sell insurance
products across various platforms, including in-person, over the
phone, and online. Achieve monthly sales targets by implementing
effective sales strategies and maintaining high conversion rates.
Assist in the development and localization of sales and promotional
materials for diverse markets. Handle customer inquiries and
resolve issues with professionalism and empathy in both languages.
Stay updated on GEICO products and services to provide accurate and
comprehensive information to customers. Participate in ongoing
training and professional development opportunities to enhance
sales and language skills. Proficiency in English and at least one
other language. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in sales or customer service. Ability to
multitask and manage time effectively. Computer literacy and
experience with CRM systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Sales or customer service
certifications are a plus. Insurance licensing as required by state
law.
